What payment methods do you offer?
We take payment via Mastercard, Visa and PayPal.

Can I buy a pattern or the yarn separately?
Unfortunately not as we only sell kits. If you sign up to our newsletter though, we’ll send you a totally free knitting pattern every fortnight.

Do CastOn kits include needles?
As standard our kits do not contain needles, but for every kit the necessary needles are available for an additional cost. Just select the needles you want from the dropdown before adding the kit to your basket.

I have received the wrong kit(s). What should I do?
Please refer to our Contact page and get in touch with us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Something is missing from my order
Please refer to our Contact page and get in touch and we will send out whatever is missing.

My kit arrived damaged
Please refer to our Contact page and get in touch so we can arrange for a replacement kit to be sent.

I haven’t received my order
Please refer to our Contact page and get in touch with us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

How do I return an item?

Can I cancel my order?
If your kit has not yet been dispatched, it may be possible to cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can find out.

I am having problems logging into my account
If you have forgotten your password, click ‘Log In’ and ‘Lost your Password?’ to reset it. If you have any further problems with your account please email customer.service@cast-on.co.uk

Am I allowed to resell or repurpose CastOn patterns?
We ask that you do not resell or repurpose any of the patterns we send you.
